🔧 What you’ll do
Work on board vessels in ports and drydocks around the world
Inspect, repair, and install propulsion systems and shaft seals
Guide and cooperate with local teams and shipyard staff
Sometimes you’ll be away for a few days, sometimes a few weeks, no two jobs are the same
Represent Brinker Marine with professionalism and problem-solving spirit

👷 Who you are
MBO (technical) background in mechanical engineering, maritime studies, automotive, agricultural technology or comparable hands-on experience
Experience or strong interest in the technical side of the maritime industry
Independent, proactive, and customer-focused
A real team player with strong communication skills
Flexible, stress-resistant, and willing to travel and work outside regular hours
Detail-oriented and focused on quality
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Driver’s license B required
